Hard Boiled Eggs
Janice, my mother-in-law taught me a technique in getting perfect hardboiled eggs all the time. The secret is to place the eggs on the pot with water. The water should just be enough to cover the eggs. Let the water boil and turn the stove off. Cover the pot for at least ten minutes. Drain the water and wash the eggs in cold water. You'll be surprised on how easy the shell will come off.
